These 3 residential sites have deep location at the inner part of CBJ which need to drive these many traffic lights with 2 lanes on the way in..quite a hasle if u r driving in and out everyday... Furthermore these 3 developments SEG, Sejati and SH have a higher density residential population around it in the future..not to mention also the many more commercial places, MMU University and another Islamic University VERY nearby in the future....paying so much for a residential that is so nearby to MMU is really a wrong move..  True..but everyone have diff preferences..👏
