Far. When our Sri Damansara house is 15 km from KL, but only can reach in 1.5 hour due to traffic.

Brother, let them be, many people want cheap & good. U see how hot Eco Hill @ Semenyih is? Because it is cheap.

But when come to Cyberjaya, why many have negative comments? Because HER is not for everyone.

It is just like Desa ParkCity, there is no hot topic, but in real life it is one of the top class.

U can play KL apartments < RM 300k for rental, RM 6 M can buy u > 20 units.

BUT KL & Iskandar cannot play high end condo, Singapore is a better bet.
