1). My cousin bought hampshire park with a really good deal - Rm1.7mil+ for a 3000ft2+ which market price is RM3.0mi~ due to couple divorcing (sorry to them).
2). My uncle bought a 3 storey bungalow next door at Rm2.0mil which the market price is Rm3.0mil+ due to couple divorcing too.
3). I bought a bungalow in Aus at AUD 700K while the market price was AUD 900K due to owner extremely struggle for mismanagement in her financial planning.
4). One of my best friends bought Mutiara Villa (2-3 units) at price below Rm200K from Singaporean in 00's although market price then was Rm300K~ as this SGP BZman needs $$$ urgently.

Sometimes, you just never know when is the good deal appeared? Keep searching and be ready to snap quick.
So, never said never. Life is full of surprises wor!

Good lobang every where, especially during "crisis"... I bought one condo at $750k, ppls said I m crazy coz the condo no mrt, far from city, no amenities, etc.. 4 yrs later, new mrt line announced with a station 100m from the condo, cafe n restaurants coming up. Current market valuation around 1.45mio n rented out at $4.3k a month. Lolz.

Now not good doesnt mean it is bad in the future. Must hav vision.

The thing is, many sellers are not desperate and are willing to hold out until a buyer comes along that meet their target price. There is no crisis, as yet to pressure the sales.

A semi D of 3000 sq ft is priced at RM1.7 mil( albeit a slightly bigger land area) whereas a completed one at GR only cost RM1.2 mil for subsales. Why are people still queing up at SEG? If it's for own stay, I can understand but for investment, it really baffles me....

Ive been to gr before..no doubt its cheaper compare to other project..but i think the floor plan is a bit weird and not practical..

SEG will has direct link/flyover to lingkarang putrajaya which will make it easier to access MEX  and Elite highway than any other development. No?

Today went to summer glades.the SA told me the best price of the remaining unit from developer is 1.23.environment not bad too.workmanship of the house is pretty good The remaining unit is due to loan was rejected

I made my usual site visit to cbj this morning..the price for meal in mamak not much diff..lunch time lots of working class ppl coming for meal..other than that..eateries are sufficient for the community in cbj..spent 2 hours in SH..massive construction..probably cos their est hand over mid-end 2013..

Chatime is in cyberjaya also, wooh

have been living in cyber for about 5 years whereas my husband almost 10 years, really enjoy staying here with 100% satisfaction especially seeing speedy development started about 2-3 years ago, yes 10 years ago cyberjaya is nothing, but now it is totally different, you can find all sort of food here like pizzahut, dominos, chatime, kfc, old town, paparich, mamak, japanese food, indian food, penang food, nyonya food. There is bus terminal, luxury cyberview hotel resort, big and well-maintained park with lake and superb night view over putrajaya bridge, proper and decent working class people around, never heard of any robbery/snatch case which makes me feel safe staying in cyberjaya, cyberjaya is indeed blooming now, bought myself the mirage by the lake condo a year ago, recently went to see the progress and the whole area really makes my heart melt, super nice!! hihi...

me used to be flight crew and husband pilot, so we are comfortable living in cyberjaya as it's very near to the airport, some of husband's friend(pilot) also stay in cyberjaya, infact lots of his co-pilot already bought houses in cyberjaya, they bought houses/condo few years ago when the price was cheaper, now the price for property in cyberjaya indeed has increased a lot. Heard even mirage by the lake has increased by 200k for the new phase they launched recently, compared to the price we bought a year ago.

I know quite some MAS pilots n stewardess bought symphony Hills and Setia Eco Glades landed too... Welcome welcome Miss Chloe!!!

not because of high income or whatsoever lah, houses/condo in PJ or KL area also expensive like hell, but we dont want to stay in a place that everyday have to deal with traffic jam, mak rempit or snatch thieves lah. This is also why we opted for condo instead of landed. One of my husband's friend who bought a piece of land in cyberjaya 10 years ago with the price of 700k, spent few more hundred K to build his own bungalow, now the house worth few millions, he got vision lah, now 'huat' lor....
