That day when i visit only heard RM1.3mil, RM1.5mil & RM2.15-2.7mil, lolz

The value of townhouse was too low, UEM stopped selling n build all superlink. Value too low makes the development low class (according to SA)...

I paid $470psf for the 2 storey Semi-D, land size ~5000sqft.

Low?

lowest semi-D is 2.15mil... highest think around 2.7mil in the last phase.
Second phase almost gone.
first phase still 2 units left.

those low price unit has bad facing...

Koon answered in such a way. SH is complimented by all the big developer around such as Nadayu, Paramount, Sejati, Mahsing, OSK, Suntrack, etc etc who make the entire CBJ district a higher end residence living space. if there were only 1 bungalow/high end project surrounded by lower end development, it will not bring up the entire districts status. each of the township in CBJ are complimenting each other and each has their own selling points.
