Hi guys, the Blue light on the PS Home button is flashing (it fades out slowly and in and again) while I'm playing MGS 3 on it. After I quit the game, the light back to normal. What does it mean...? Anyway, new Vita user here.

wow.. i really regret i created my psn for sg region.. vita psn store is very less and the price is high.. should i create another psn with japan region or hk?
