instructions is in japanese but also have pictures to show you how to attach it perfectly. as long as your environment is clean enough there shouldn't be any dust in between

some people do apply SP above the sticker, because the sticker can get scratched if not taken care of properly. i don't because i don't really like the surface and me and my sister don't have long nails

no point putting stickers above SP if it gets scratched right

there shouldn't be any form of SP applied onto your vita when you first bought it. if you're using miku bundle, you can use only the sticker or you can opt to put a SP on top of the sticker for extra protection. the sticker is a SP itself, but it can get scratched.

i see 2 more ads Miku Vita for sale, one is 1.8k and another is 1.5k. the 1.5k is carrier-locked to NTT DoCoMo so, if anyone wanna use Malaysian sim card in it, better get the other one. It's not worth the money...
