But AP approved?

The clock is ticking. When I pay my deposit on June, the SA told me that they will hold our deposit latest til end of DEC, if they still cant get AP by then all deposit will be refunded.

oh ... so means they took our 5K ... roll it, then after 6 months, said AP not approved, refund all and later get new buyer with higher selling price ... lol ... good strategy for a business wor ...

i think they are not that cheap skate kua....

Danilo gor, very good effort u sharing ur pics here.

nothing much to comment, still quite preliminary,

noticed there is a site cabin office but no canteen and worker squatters.

noticed the wash through had yet complete without the Y25 cross bars and silt sediment tank

noticed no temporary toilets or portable toilets.

The boom gates are not to Authority specification, should be those gate finished with hoardings.

No spun piles no piling machine, the site still not good to go.

maybe before or after CNY 2013 only start work
