I remembered last time when i bought a unit here, i keeping arguing with the sales why not giving 2 x 2 tiles? They said CHS only giving 16'x16'. I am so glad to see in the picture now they have changed it to 2 x 2 instead. So damn happy.

I bought a smallest unit so psf is higher which is 310psf. Everybody think i am crazy for buying this project bcoz of the location. Any unit available you have to ask CHS.

anyone having a unit facing silk highway? the noise is really loud.. not sure it is because of the unit is still empty or what so it is extremely loud.

About the access card, CHS is so funny. Configure one of my card can enter but can't exit and vice-versa. I was thinking imagine if i stuck at the entrance or exit, everybody have to wait for me because there is only one in and one out.

I used card A to enter because card B was not working.
When I left, I used back card A but not working. So the guard ask me to use card B.
