i went to sales office yesterday n being told that Hong Leong bank can give -2.4 which is the best at the moment. However, ms.K put me to PBB so i am gonna ask her to try Hong Leong for me.

Oo.. i have no issue to pay 20%. I do not know how many unit left but i know those left over are selling in higher price. I posted a question to SA "the unit price is higher now so not many buyers will buy right?". He said a few units facing BTHO were released 2 days ago and sold in higher price yesterday so do not worry about price increased and no buyer buying.

For my case, i bought it at 293K and the new price is 338K. On paper i already earn 45K. Once the condo is ready, i foresee another 20K rise based on market performance so selling at 358K 3 years after now should be no problem.

Just got a confirmation from PBB giving BLR-2.4% but have to take their insurance (about RM6xx in total) of else can only offer BLR-2.3.

Because u had signed off a declare form that this loan will not be the 3rd and so on property under u. Some banks do requires u to sign off the declare form before proceed the LO.

Just make sure u read all the things u signed
