A contractor in market always prefer having a skirting instead non skirting finishes. It is not easy to achieve a floor without skirting to hide the potential out of align wall and floor tiles setting.

The cost of labour and effort to throw in a non skirting floor finish is something need great attention.

Good to know most all owners are happy with the outcome, this we have to give credit to the Architect for the brave instruction.

My friend rent a room at Cheras perdana come with 1 parking, Free water free electric baokaliao around rm300. Sometime got free soup to drink some more.

That only Mid end Apartment flat only. No facilities. 1 room rm300 If rent out all. 2rooms x rm300 + 1 master bedroom X rm400. Total rm1000. Roughly only lar. ok wat right?

when buy last time didn't think deeply.  now only think "oh it's big mistake to buy" 

By the way are you trying your luck to mislead others by claiming that Service Apartment is convenience just because they are located beside road.  This is totally absurd !

Have you actually stayed in high rise unit located beside a highway ? You will be the first  person to run away as it is noisy and dusty.

My observation since i been there at least 5-6 times already
1-convenient since its beside the highway. No need to wait for traffic lights.
2-noisy as my unit facing highway. There are units facing the housing area which should be less noisy and dusty

I was quoted by other vendor, RM1100 for main door, small room and the yard. The lock are those cheap lock not L shape.

damn expensive. 1300 can do all 6 grille

Scenario 1 (The Beautiful Condo facing a Cemetery)

Barry & his wife Linda (fake names of course) bought a Condo in the fairly upscale area of Damansara.  Unfortunately or fortunately, their unit faces a cemetery.  If it was purely for investment purposes, they would not have proceeded with the purchase.  However, since they are buying for their Own Stay and liked the unit, they decided to buy it anyway.  A couple of years later, our lovely couple wanted to refinance their home to unlock some of their equity.  However, most banks including their own banker did not even want to refinance their unit, due to its proximity to the cemetery.  Barry & Linda are now perplexed at their lack of options.

Definitely will revise my rent next year upon contract end
