developer lately moving in more furniture at common area. not bad.
many start renovating and some tenant also moving in. weekend is like resort here, many families having fun here. heard many uncles chit chat with friends saying very good investment. winner gain, loser jelly. |

Got call from CHS saying refund cheque ready for collection & Car Park Access cards need to be changed due to system upgrade. The lady can't explain to me on what has been upgraded & why need to change the cards. Anyhow need to drop by CHS this weekend to settle this issue.

I rented out my unit 1021sf. Facing back(housing area) With lights, fan, grill and 1 watwr heater. U guys think ok?
