Balakong got industry bangla... I foreseen they will occupy those infrastucture in future, then will bulk move in. Nice property then downgrade become low class property :S |

cyber got factory u must b joking. Go drive around and compare balakong and you will understand what i mean.
Move in soho is possible if in future the buyers not able to rent to local or sell higher high if BNM incur more stricten rules since here is industry area. Lot of low class foregin workers move in will make the surrounding downgrade. |

MRT nearby beneficial bangla.
Rental drop due to supply over demand. 1.2k rental a soho unit to let 20 bangla stay inside. Malaysia boleh, Bangla boleh.. But seriously if balakong can convert from industry to commercial then is very good. Gov should make use of the mrt infrstructure and change the surrounding to middle class. |

I really dun like manggala woh, how you know... Yeah, i m from indo stay in balakong and work in cyber town. Please show me the location of cyber factory so that i can go work there. Upgrade to mid class indo to fight with local really tiring. |

youngster no money, uncle got money.
A lot family can afford 400k house actually. Imagine husband earn 4k, wife earn 4k. isit so hard to achieve? Simply take one people on street also more than that already. |
