if i'm not mistaken most of the units are sold already. The price is very reasonable and this township got hypermarket - Tesco. Very nice place and good for investment |

im one of the early buyers there... they said gonna build tesco and giant there. uitm main campus will be in puncak alam by 2015 (i think).

Visited here couple of weeks ago. Quite like the design and i think its value for money in term of price and size. Just that the location i think its not for me. It is far as I am working in KLCC.. Does the price from developer for unsold has been revised? Anybody knows?

From klcc its very far estimate distance is in btwn 40-50km.. unsold price start at phase 1 for near to 500k. Now for phase 2, start at 588k and at present start price is slightly above 600k before discount. Which is 7% n extra 3% for bumi( i think).Probably near klcc can look up for condo or service aprtment. Try season garden aprt 450k bfore discount. Low booking fees. Next to duke highway. |

Kl, working around here and staying around here. At present with the same price and size, impossible to get near kl. Even hillpark olive 22x75 is rm580k after discount, wth 17xxsqft. Cendana size is like we have a four 800sqft aprtment hahahaha |

MKH there... the contractor help us repair until he also pengsan... every owners keep calling MKH to repair the defects before moving in or reno.... Need to wait... the extended highway latar highway to perak and highway to klang, super hospital will happen in 5years time. After that this place will boom, like shah alam the old days. But i do like it now, highway is smooth and place is not crowded.

Thats one under mdks... meant depend on their budget and time.
Its print on one jaya pamplet.7 Aquila also got one...even i got trick. Dash highway infront of aquila property. Hillpark..emmmm well.
