Huhuhu just feel half a million House now with no Fencing around the cendana phase a&b.. Time has really change. Money is worth less :-(. But then it is the best value price around that area.

May i ask wth a budget of less thn 7k i can get a decent alarm wth cctv, grille and Auto gate system? Wth the cendana. Will you inc grilling the private garden..

Have you guys see the one jaya plan.. Seem to have an exit towards latar, but still that one is under purposal project. If It really happen, that sure a relieve toward traffic

After puncak bestari, the new worldwide project will be built near the nusa suria ijm... Another exit is also proposed to latar from nusa suria.

Congratz to owner of cengal n belian. A really nice home to own. Puncak bestari 2, how much the Price will be? The ijm site suppose to have lower cost per sqft compare to Tesco n uitm area.

what about the access road to puncak alam? jalan batu arang. is it flooded as well?

where do you get the source? is it confirmed?

most of batu arang road is single lane only and don't have any road lights. feels a bit dangerous.

how is it accessing puncak alam during night time?

Looks like it will be the nearest to the commercial centres of Puncak Alam with Tesco, Masjid and lots of shoplots around.
