the facade and design really not bad... i think in puncak alam... the cendana design really nice and spacious... hillpark and EG more focus on small built up with huge land.... sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

i think... we from hillpark also thinking the same... as it is really important for the residence in it... somehow its not a significant cost compare to paying maintenance fees to a condo....

wow... rent it out for now? but the rental yield for this area and landed is super low... even hillpark also commanding 1000-1300 rental per month only... not even half of the installment...

true considering Puncak alam now already touching 700k for DSL of your size... thats why i also dont dare to wait longer when i hunting for a landed... too much shoeboxes in klang valley area anyway... where are u staying now currently?

yeah... its some sort like super hard panel wall... basically hard to any hacking... the air cond pipe that needed to be conceal... many contractors dont dare to hack the wall and conceal... and its super hard wall... its either u hack til ur neighbour there or not at all...

how about the defects of cendana? still quite decent? acceptable level? water ponding ok?

huh? not repair the defects for you as you requested? what kind of response is this? doesnt make sense wor bro... MKH there... the contractor help us repair until he also pengsan... every owners keep calling MKH to repair the defects before moving in or reno....

without electricity doesnt make sense also... hillpark VP with water electricity.... we should be using the same source of electricity supply from TNB... how can they VP without electricity....

olive hillpark also not using brick... haha also using some sort of concrete wall... when some of the owners wanna do drilling or hacking for air cond pipe... the contractor give up half way because it super tough and hard... its either u hack til ur neighbour wall or you dont... haha....
