Huhuhu just feel half a million House now with no Fencing around the cendana phase a&b.. Time has really change. Money is worth less :-(. But then it is the best value price around that area.

May i ask wth a budget of less thn 7k i can get a decent alarm wth cctv, grille and Auto gate system? Wth the cendana. Will you inc grilling the private garden..

i think to do gate and guarded will be difficult for cendana.

do we already have fencing to separate cendana house area from its surrounding?

at least if developer built that for cendana residents, than it will be easier to form gated community.

if don't have, then need to collect fund from all residents to built the above.

rm50 per month is not much but for sure some residents will not want to pay.

A great idea for future innovation.. At the moment, budget is strict. It is a good View of the p.garden wall when it is replace by glass. At least us doesn't feel trap in the House with all those grill.

I do not think we have fencing surround the cendana or a guard House. Irene my Agent have told Me that. Unless i misunderstand his words but according to my snp.. I dont see any of that inc. in the plan. Only she said two exit for phase b..i believe it is roadway

I believe another spending in grill and alarm ccrtv is critical in the area, as it still under Development and not Yet matured sweat.gif .but for 600k house wthout guarded emmm seem our cendana not so expensive.

I dont think so as the worldwide aprtment should be build next to cendana phase A.. But i think the sentrovue cant match the ijm aprtment in term of facilities..ahem the Price of course is 100k more.

If they learn from mistake... That meant it is good for purchaser right. I just knew about worldwide recently, i nvr know about its Company. I just feel the surrounding is nice. I hope the place be a shah alam sattelite city someday.

Congratz to owner of cengal n belian. A really nice home to own. Puncak bestari 2, how much the Price will be? The ijm site suppose to have lower cost per sqft compare to Tesco n uitm area.
