need recommendation between Dell 2340L (IPS) & 2440L (VA).. main use is for working purpose.. need large screen size so I have more workspace to work with.. main usage is for work, and some gaming and perhaps watching movie as well.. which one is better choice? i'll be connecting the lcd to my laptop..

just wanna ask, how to check dell monitor warranty? did they follow the manufactured date?

someone want to sell his dell ultrasharp u2420m but he not sure about the warranty..he provide me with the pic of the sticker on the box containing serial number and manufacture date (oct 2012)..i just want to confirm the warranty before buying from him..the price quite attempting..any advice? 

not really, the price increases as the resolution and extra features increases

23-24" usually 1080p resolution with some exception of cheap 27" which are 1080p as well

most 27" onwards are 1440-1600p. only 32" are 4K resolution which is overpriced (USD5.4k for a Dell 4K anyone? )

since youre going for movie playing, just grab any Full HD TV within your budget 40" TV is sort of mainstream now

i wanna ask, asus VX239N or AOC i2369vm? looking at this two becos got audio output aka headphone jack so can output audio to speaker, from console ps3/ps4/xbox 360.  But i wanna know is the audio output quality ok? or very lousy, even connect to own speaker?

hi, i purchase a dell u2312hm with 5 year warranty for my friends from a big online seller that also do wholesale and retail business, they courier the monitor with the whole box to me, the box didnt open before, the monitor itself is brand new and good, verify it with dell monitors factory menu, monitor uptime, the box has dell service tag sticker, but the dell order number sticker is removed, when i email the online seller, they claim it is removed becoz they also do wholesale business, those reseller purchase from them dont want to let their customer know where they get their stock from, it is a valid reason, but i purchase directly with them, without any reseller, and they also do retail, online seller business themself, they shouldnt remove the dell order number sticker at all of their dell monitor box in advance.

the problem right now is, dell default warranty for this price range of dell monitor is 3 year, for verify this one does came with/upgraded to 5 year warranty, would need the dell order number, cannot with the dell service tag, dell will not honor 5 year warranty without dell order number, only default 3 year warranty, even if the dell monitor was came with/upgraded to 5 year warranty.

i do email the online seller, they said they would provide me the dell order number, by asking me the photo of the dell service tag sticker at the box, but it has been around 2 weeks since i last getting reply from them, their management.

I'm looking to buy a 19-20" monitor to pair with inspiron 660s slim tower for my wife. Usage would be office works and occasional browsing. Budget is less than RM350. Dell's website is not helpful - can't order - so I'm looking at alternative like Samsung/AOC/ASUS from the czone pricelist. Which of these monitors are the most reliable?

either it is a lie or they just stuck at all the department and how to store and find information. right now the dell monitor has not problem whatsoever, just want to make sure i get what i brought, which is 5 year warranty, that is all. dell monitor warranty is claim from dell malaysia right? on-site or postage. what is the point to go thru online reseller as middle man, who is paying for the postage fee and service charges?

How to check if a dealer is Dell Malaysia Authorize or not? I am sure if one asks, all dealers will say they are authorised.
