1866 will show improvement... but due to the gap of the cost... It is not worth it.  1600 is OK for an APU.

Is the performance difference between the Sapphire 7950 Dual X and the sapphire 7950 OC worth paying like rm50 more?

thanks for bringing that up.

that was the cheapest mobo for gigabyte brand (others were all 1000k plus) that have wifi + bluetooth.

i will now broader my options and pick another mobo that has wifi + bluetooth.

yes, it doesnt make sense to have a mid tower and a mini mobo. what you want is to utilize the mid tower since the sucker can take it wink.gif

the hell was i thinking, not worth the money going for a mini mobo while having a mid tower. lol

ill come back here again to post my latest rig after deciding which modo to go for.

owe you one man!  icon_rolleyes.gif

Why don't get ATX Mobo with extra PCI slot and get a WiFi adapter? More upgrade potential and can utilize the space in the casing

QUOTE(nerdlessguy @ Nov 23 2012, 12:50 AM)
IMO,because APU need higher performance ram for 5-10fps(maybe),so 1866 is better choice

Added on November 23, 2012, 12:52 am
you should be okay, but got more budget get a better mobo, you won't have any upgrade on this
and consider a better psu in case if u want oc in the future??
There's a good reason why not many recommend APUs here. You've put too much emphasis on the more expensive performance RAM just to get more frames per second from the internal graphics. For the money spent, could have simply opted for cheaper value DDR3-1333 or DDR3-1600 memory and a low-end to mid-range graphic card which would ultimately outperform that configuration. For lower budget gaming around RM1500 range, should look something like this...

Intel Core i3 2100 = RM322
GigaByte GA-H61M-S2P B3 = RM149
4GB Kingston Value RAM DDR3-1600 = RM58
Sapphire HD7750 1GB GDDR5 = RM318 <---- discrete graphics card
Lite-On SATA DVDRW = RM59
Western Digital Blue 500GB SATA HDD = RM169
FSP Hexa 500W ATX PSU = RM149
E-Mag/X-Five ATX casing = RM70
BenQ G2025HD 20" LCD monitor = RM279

Total: RM1583

is it worth to "upgrade" from cm 460w gx (not 80+) to powerock 390w? Please shed some light. Thanks.

btw this is my rig, most of the time use to surfing + download only. do light gaming occasionally

Can't go back... already bought the CPU ><.Besides the only game im gona play is dota2 dota 3 dota 4 dota 5..... =D.

Anyone knows the difference between

MSI FM2 A-55 vs Asrock FM2 A-55 ?
The A-75 version of both MSI and Asrock / Gigabyte just costs 10 pounds more for at most for me to buy. The only advantage im assuming is 4 DIMM ram slots, 3.0 USB and i tink SDD 6gbps ?
Im kinda worried about the size of the A-75 whether it will fit a
micro ATX case or not. Because its a first time im building it too.

The 1600 mhz RAM 8gb costs me 30.76 pounds . The 1866 8gb costs me 33 pounds. Thats why i chose the 1866. Price gap is very small between these 2...
