OC is factory overclocked, while FLEX edition enables you to setup 3 monitor eyefinity without the need of active DVI adapter (not cheap tho).

I'd go for FLEX edition since we can overclock the card by ourselves.. either through the Catalyst or MSI Afterburner.

err guys, my rig now doesnt come with wireless networking card and bluetooth. its not on viewnet which im getting my rig set up there.

Do I need a powerful PSU? I see some of the recommendations only use 500w psu.

Unless your planning to SLi/Crossfire than prolly 550w is enough already, since most of the modern graphic card also consume low power.

The reason why I'm recommended you an APU setup mainly this is a true quad core.... Which should aid you in multitasking.... plus the iGPU is pretty good for your needs as well.... Of course, adding extra budget is good.

CX430v2 should keep things good.

7800GT is a old gen GPU to be honest....
If possible... Downgrade my build to an A6-5400K for RM299... Though you will lose quite a bit of performance....
For HDD.... Try go for a 160GB HDD if possible... but if the price is too close to a 500GB... Just take the 500GB..
It will be best to hunt for a used rig...
