guys.... so weird one....the service tax waiver...how come some ppl kena spend RM50 3x within 30 days but some ppl terus can get waiver by calling in without the need to spend RM50 x 3.....

Hi, new to Alliance (just got the virtual card due to the RM700 promo).

Seems like the card doesn't actually have a fixed number? I only see can generate one-time use or generate regular debit payment button.

Also, the TBP earned - what's the redemption method? From searching this thread it seems most efficient is exchange for voucher (roughly 480 points to RM1)?

anyone receive sms from Alliance bank that ur visa card may be compromised? but, when check with them, no unauthorise transactions, is it their system data leakage?

Alliance Bank is the most difficult bank that I have dealt with for a credit card application. You can search my posts in this thread if you're interested in learning about my struggles. That was back in 2022. Although I eventually got it, the process was the worst of the worst and had the lowest limit among all my other cards from other banks.

I'm very sad and very annoyed at the same time..... just got my VI early this year. Thought can enjoy it for a year at least, who knows major nerfed

seems that no auto waiver of AF anymore,
after being charged AF, call CS ask to waive.

DO NOT perform any transaction after being charged AF, call CS ask to waive.
If they refuse to waive, request to cancel card & waive AF.

same story,
sometimes their retention team will call back offer AF waiver.
importantly, don't perform any transaction after AF charged

Done removed my VI from all my ewallets

Generated 3 seperate VCC for Shopee, Grab and TnG. Actually quite a nice feature, starting to see the appeal
