If you are a fresh grad
SRD brings u to the shell grad programme
Another 2 brings u to the same programme guraimi and the internship

If jus interview. Either you are experienced or you are not in the grad programme

Just because you can't shine in your interview doesn't mean that it's preferential treatment.

Seriously..... Check your attitude

And btw the first interview is done by third party to ensure the screening criteria is fulfilled.

It's really not what you need to know but how you need to react and how you need to answer.

I think giving the gist of what they are looking for does help one another.

So give pointers. It will help the ppl hiring and those trying to hire.

Also please don keep you current attitude when you get In. Else no one would be helping you. "Those who say keep it for fairness"

it might take up to 4 months is you need to relocate

choices or preference is given but its just an indication
even in your initial application they will already ask you this
