Applied for the fresh grad program and after the first two assessments (multiple choice quiz) online, I received an email stating I will be called for an interview.

However, they say a coordinator will call me soon to arrange the interview's date and time. Do any of you know how long this normally takes? :hmmm

Mine took about 3 days from the interview notification to a coordinator e-mailing me to organize the interview time.

Tip for the interview:
They're all behavioural questions and they really drill you on your past experiences.

Questions were along the lines of 'tell me a time you handled a difficult task/challenge', 'tell me a time you had to influence someone to do something' etc etc.

And you need to be specific - my interviewer asked a lot of follow up questions to my answers.

Good luck!

Hmm it would be nice if I do get a reply in 3 days time. And thank you for the heads up on the questions too. Did you eventually get the job? smile.gif

I only had the interview recently. The interviewer said it will take about 10 days before they notify you if you make it to the next stage (Shell Recruitment Day).

I sort of fumbled in some of the questions. Hope I make it through. Haha.

Hmmm I see. Well keep your hopes up yea? smile.gif This will be my first job interview that requires me to wait so many days between stages. The hardest interview i had to take was about 8 hours but it was done in a day and I got to know whether I was hired or not in the end. smile.gif

I received mine yesterday too smile.gif Do update me if the you get an email stating when and where you can go for the interview yea ?smile.gif

Also, i think those questions are becoming more and more common these days. I was asked "If you could be an animal, which would i be?" in my previous interview at a different company. Weird psychological questions...

Hi all =D
Just wanna share my shell graduate program application process.

Applied - 1 April
First On9 Assessment - 4 April
Second On9 Assessment - 5 April
Call For F2F interview - 30 April
F2F Interview - 6 May

I was quite nervous when I checked my application status, which changed to "Pending Interview" on last Friday as I did not receive any email regarding the interview detail. unsure.gif

Finally HR called me yesterday evening and set up a date for f2f interview.

Hope that I could do well and good luck to all too smile.gif
