Summarise of problems found from Solace that still not fix by developer after 6 months of vp.
Floor ponding with water after rain along corridor.
Car park exit rain tag sensor failed many times and keep faulty.
Exterior wall (facing between R3 & R2) found many crack lines and stain left by crane support during construction time. No quality finishing done.

Any more problems from Solace resident, please add on so that all these can be compiled and send by everyone together to any next joint management meeting or else go up to SPS.

I believe there are more from different levels.

-the exit barrier yet to be fixed for nearly a month.
-the JMB which was formed last year (committee mainly are those shop owners) doesn't seem doing anything for Solace, not even any contact provided as well.
-No CCTV installed on every lift landing starting from 8th floor onward.
-Water pressure is super low.
-Insufficient lighting in every lift, difficult to see the numbering on the lift button.
*
I think, when no body pay for the maintenance, then the JMB will only wake up.
Which level having low water pressure? Normally the high floor which require pumps to assist. Are the pumps function?
After even the lift upgrade, the light is still no improvement, don't know what they upgraded. It is really hard to see the buttons.

Ya la! I am wondering what kind of upgrading they did for the lifts. BTW, the car park is too dark around 7am. Guess the timer shut off the light on 7am, Hope they will adjust it to 730am instead. Quite scary walking alone to take our car without much lighting at that hour.

The lighting shall on from 6pm to 8am since it is not able to detect the brightness, what if during the rainy day. It will be better on longer for not having a chance for crime.

Yeah went there on the last day of "parking-free day". I guess after they implement this, the lunch crowd will be reduced drastically. Already saw many outlets are struggling, with this come on board, can expect tough time ahead.
*
I dun think people cannot afford to pay Rm 1 to 2 for parking to enjoy a fresh environment for a walk and chill to unwind from a daily stress. Why still have cheapskate thinking for not to pay parking? Is not expensive for RM1 for 3 hours.

Well said! IMHO, SW would attain even higher boom if SP Setia colud improve traffic access quickly, and get another anchor tenant(s)  (e.g., grocer) to SW Mall immediately..  Come on SP Setia, you hv a great plan for SW, but pls execute it well! Tx in adv.
*
SPS has a willingness to improve traffic, but the MPSJ takut takut to approve it or they are waiting someting to settle.

It was some Airasia X crews enquiries but not sure they have settle it down or not. I think it will be quite suitable and convenience for foreign air crews staying.

SW shop owners must not be greedy especially those first floor rate, not many shop goers walking first floor yet as not much interesting there, so how to get business good for those try to survive at first floor? So something to do with such as open business that utilise grd and 1st will help and must also open up the entrance at 1st floor. Then only goers will walk upstairs. In fact upstairs can have more view.

Some update:
1. TNB bill is here! Pls collect it from level 1's letter box. Minimum charge is RM2.55 and due on March27.

2. Critical facilities (e.g., access to Resident Parking and 7th floor's swimming pool/gym) are still NOT ready.
We sincerely hope that SW management would waive the maintenance charges until the (key) facilities are made available to the residents/tenants. Frankly I am quite disappointed with SW management as I hv not heard any response since I wrote to them more than more month ago. How can they behave like they are not SP Setia employees? Being a world class company, I expect them to be responsible, responsive and sensitive to their customers' needs. shakehead.gif  shakehead.gif

3. More shops are coming, which include laundry svcp (above Sushi Teh) and Nasi Kandar cafe.

This is their way since Solace vp. Same story now again. They are all tidak apa sikap.

Most likely from persiaran wawasan instead of U-turn as of now.

They will always choose the lowest costs. Just use the existing LDP elevated U turn and modify with extra lane to left side and link it to Trigon / Entertainment Mall.

Anybody notice there is a bus stop very near to the ramp entrance? Currently, this bus stop or I rather say the motorist or taxi are all just simply stop by over here, blocking the way to Wawasan and SW. If next time LRT is up, more cars will stop by here. It will affect traffic flow into Wawasan and the ramp. Means, it will still affect the flow into SW. Hope MPSJ should consider to rectify this bus stop location. The road here should be wider for bus stop lane. Partly also scope of LRT project scope to make good for a better station pickup point.

Visitors complained there are no sign boards to indicate which block is Brio or Solace. Can someone help to point out where are the sign boards located?

Should use R3 or R2 instead. Stated there.

Exactly. The trend is to go horizontal, but this one stick to vertical, some more the spacing so close to each other. Really jail design.

Can think of the invisible grille if for balcony or windows.

Wanted to ask. Anyone staying in SetiaWalk already?
Let's say I work in Mid Valley and I wanted to reach at 8am, what time should I leave SetiaWalk?
*
You must leave by 6:30 am so that not caught in bottleneck path either at Sunway stretch or Old Klang road.
