AC Accelero S1: 36c- 51c
That's with fan or without fan? blink.gif
Don't tell me you get that kind of temps with the S1 on passive mode. shocking.gif

By the way Doom, you can still put a fan on the S1 if you put the soundcard on the first PCI slot.
With that, you'd have bigger room for the fan to absorb more air and blow it to the heatsink.

Just my suggestion though. smile.gif

I think that that cooler is overkill.. ~~
No it's not overkill.
Remember about one thing.
That heatsink is made for the old 8800 Series that is based on G80 which is uber hot. Unlike their younger brother which is based on G92 which is a lot cooler than G80.

QUOTE(RokXIII @ Feb 29 2008, 05:21 PM)
would like to ask that, is there any cooler for Nvidia 7950 GX2? I know there got few water coolers that suit this GC, but how bout air cooler1? hmm.gif
You can use any aftermarket heatsink that is made for Nvidia 7950 single card, but [there's always a but laugh.gif ] before you can actually use those aftermarket heatsink on the 7950GX2, you'd have to buy these first:

By the way, it's not that hard to find those 7950GX2 Spacer Kit, you just have to find those guys who provide services for buying items from United States. I suggest you seek for dwijadas. His service is tiptop and super fast. thumbup.gif

Here's some of the shops that is still selling that 7950GX2 Spacer Kit:

How the hell are you going to fit that in the casing? shocking.gif
