Hi bro, can I drive into Hatyai / Danok without my passport? I.e I have a copy of car registration, IC and license. Can I purchase the insurance and fill up the White Card(car import permit) without passport?

If without passport, where can I do a 'temporary passport' to get into Thailand? Im perak born malaysian.

At Dannok - go straight to first 7-Eleven on your left hand side after you stamp your passport. There you can get minivan to Hatyai.

Meanwhile at Hatyai, you need to go to "Khun Song" (Bus Station) located nearby Central Festival and Asean Night Bazaar.

If not mistaken is 57 Baht/pax.
