Hm... My experience on valuation... They come take photo only.. Never ask about the license for extension...

擴建工程全長1.6公里,是從萬撓NSK超市延綿至菁鄉嶺前方,除加寬現有的車道,在萬撓收費站前也會興建一條雙車道的高架天橋,讓車輛避開收費站前的交通燈,直接取道天橋往返萬撓市中心與菁鄉嶺,以紓緩當地的交通。
然而,自有關工程展開以來,引起居民怨聲載道。該路段是銜接萬撓鎮與新村、住宅、工業與商業區的主要通道,因此逢上下班的尖峰時段都會出現幾近癱瘓的交通狀況。
避塞車無奈早出晚歸
為求避開塞車,當地不少人選擇在天還未亮便摸黑開車上班,早出晚歸無不讓居民叫苦。
據《大都會》社區報記者現場觀察,天橋已鋪上柏油路,然而擴建的道路即通往天橋前的部份,卻不知何故仍未完工。鋪在馬路中央的沙石也佔用了車道導致路面變窄,加劇繁忙時段的塞車情況。
電纜被偷拖延工程
顏貝倪:延誤1天罰款9216
萬撓州議員顏貝倪指出,在今年9月杪舉行的工程進展匯報會中,她被告知由於電纜被偷影響施工,所以無法順利在本月完工,同時必須第四度展延至今年年杪。
她說,工程部與發展商預測工程的竣工期將展延至今年12月杪。但遭到她的反對,並認為最遲必須在11月杪完工。
“電纜失竊不應成為理由,發展商必須有一套對策來應付突發狀況,不能將問題轉嫁給居民。”
她表示,已經三度不能如期完工的發展商必須列入黑名單。根據合約,每一天的延誤,發展商可被罰款高達9千216令吉。這筆數額可在清還發展商最後一期的費用時扣除。
“身為本區的代議士,我將監督當局有否對付違約的發展商,並且在支付餘款時有先扣除罰款。”
她透露,出席匯報會的代表除了來自發展商,也包括來自工程部的道路建設組主任拿督莫哈末查哈利。
顏貝倪:施工未設照明燈
騎士跌傷可索賠
顏貝倪也不滿,發展商並未如期24小時趕工和設立照明燈,使得該路段入夜後漆黑一片,路面也因為太多載送沙石與鋪建道路的重型車輛通行而被輾壓得損壞不堪,車禍也頻傳。
她表示,近幾個月來已經有很多摩哆車騎士投訴他們在該路段因為撞進路洞而跌傷。不過在投訴後,發展商已經在10月初重新鋪路,填平往來兩條車道的坑洞。
“比起展延而引起的不便,我更加關注道路使用者的安全,同時呼吁因此而受傷的駕駛人士或摩哆騎士向發展商索取醫藥費賠償。”
她表示,除了直接向發展商位於萬撓伊達曼園的辦公室索賠外,公眾也可聯繫其服務中心尋求協助,電話是03-60937033。

The residents there don't dare to go home because of the stress on traffic jam..
The contractor is paying rm9k per day for delay
