I personally uses plus direct to kl o damansara area. If we needed to divert to another highway I guess not my choice. Higher cost but real good study by penggunabaik. Maybe im more favourable to the amenities eg jusco and and infrastructure done by hong bee and I personally never like mah sing workmanship and the company could changes a main contractor half way. Sorry but dun get too offended ya buyers. =)

Dear all,
Wonder if anyone here or your friend cancel unit and has they received any refund? I would like to highlight the KIM Realty is really had a worse service in sales service but when you buy that time you are like a GOD, cancel or anything that will bother them then they will start ignore you. they are so inefficient and unhelpful. i hope the developer would know this and inform the realty to improve on the customer sales service as we do not buy 100k-300k houses, we are buying something high-end in rawang. |

QUOTE(valentinonkk @ Dec 12 2013, 05:36 PM) Couldnt agree more. Their customer service is one of the worst i hv encountered with. i have email, but instead HBL give a quick and fast respond and he promise to prepare to me by next week.I am considering to issue a complaint letter to Rawang Property Sdn Bhd. QUOTE(CLOng @ Dec 12 2013, 06:06 PM) Who is the agent that is servicing you. Mine is alright. Maybe I didn't cancel my purchase. You should tell us the name and photo of the agent and we will not buy from him in the future. That is the power of Internet. the developer reverted to me, i'm not trying to say is who but you may avoid a man initial by J. hehe QUOTE(cutealex @ Dec 12 2013, 08:17 PM) Hi there, Bro i'm not sure with the semenyih and i'm pretty sure is not that long but no worries i have someone in developer side to handle it. calm down, its quite normal, usually take 1-2 months for refunds depend on Developer. Mine Semenyih CG PCard (placed on Oct13) till now havent get refunds, heard need to sign forms then developers only will refund in 1 mth time.. |

QUOTE(cutealex @ Dec 13 2013, 09:50 PM) Yo, Bro..Wow! You know someone in developer, now u are doing the right thing, otherwise you are barking at the wrong tree. Refund should come from developer, and Kim agent can only help you to submit your cancellation to developer n help you ask devloper about it.. Yes, i have email the developer and quick response and they called to apologize so does the lawyer as well by the lawyer in charge personally. this amaze me too, yet at least my message is sent through and well taken note. So, u have cancel 1 unit and keep 1 unit for urself agent surely have no mean to apologise. yes i cancelled one because of the sux service and yet do not want to invest on same area. went to mont'kiara instead. |

QUOTE(rainman19 @ Dec 16 2013, 10:15 AM) dream big is good but sometimes execution might make the product into wrong direction true but Da Land would not have enuf to roll under rental only....so i guess they have no choice. i will cross my finger for thier success, it will be a good mean to the whole rawang.developer selling retail unit may cause tough retail management in the future. my 2 cent i have went to the park homes. nice concept, hope all the best to the developer and future maintenance as well. i personally dun like the location. |

QUOTE(valentinonkk @ Dec 23 2013, 02:06 PM) I heard from one of the Anggun 3 buyer yesterday that, the developer (RPSB or Hong Bee) does not allow the house owners to sell their unit(s) through external agents. i have counter check with the developer, they have no issue to sell out with outside agentOne of his fren bought the Anggun 2. His fren has to obtain the consent from the developer if he wants to sell. And he has to go through the in-hse agent from the developer. Anyone heard about this?? Is it possible and true?? QUOTE(CLOng @ Dec 25 2013, 08:19 PM) Just wondering is it developer's responsibility to make the drainage or the responsibility of the gov't to do it. This flooding , traffic jam , security and etc has been an issue in Rawang for more than 20 years. During BN era, they promise to solve it but wasn't done. Main reason Rawang elected opposition. Hopefully this time they will work for the people not their pocket. this is a very serious issue as well but i guess the big players will gathers to upgrade it. |

QUOTE(masbruno @ Dec 27 2013, 11:32 PM) Nope, Anggun 3 is located on a higher ground. nice and great courtesy to take some photos, no doubt the ground is on higher side but what is on the brdb hills...heheh my concern. and before the hill anggun purpose some low cost flats which i hope they would change planBelow is a photo taken from AEON rooftop parking showing the river which overflowed on that fateful day. Jalan Batu Arang is long due for an upgrade. All those big boy developers should contribute or pressure the authority for the upgrade asap? [attachmentid=3788699] |
