really? but the VP is this year only. i go to Anggun 2 every quarterly. everytime i'll check for updates of VP. also, they HBL released the final units upon VP which is this year, few months back. that sounds weird.

nope. it's not. developer hold it for appreciation. i went there with intention to get 1 unit in end of 2010 and early 2011. no offer from developer. the only unit i could eye that time is from existing buyer who demanded 700K that time. i agreed but the next day told me not selling cos husband wanna keep it for appreciation.

yea. agree with u. that's why for 3 storey house, i prefer Split-Level Concept where main floor is middle. Master room and some room is on top and lower level has the rest of the rooms.

yes... Anggun 1 worksmanship not really that good. Even Paramount (Kemuning Utama) also not good. I believe it down to luck as well.

You meant whole Selangor. But some Parlimen belong to PR but ADUN belong to BN. but for Rawang side, Both parlimen and adun is under PKR.

i think yesterday there's massive jam at Caltex area (road heading into Anggun 3) due to overflowed river. i think she went to that site to understand the whole situation. maybe you can find the picture she took at her twitter. at least she's on field to get understanding of the issue.

Anggun 3 progressing well. What development beside Anggun 1? It's said to be 4S or 5S honda center. but not yet start any construction. for Anggun City, i believe it's on time. Show unit for Anggun City is completed and Sales Gallery has shifted to Anggun City months ago.

i dun think it will be directly next to Anggun 1.

some shop did close. if not mistake, F&B like Little Taiwan closed down. but most of it still there and doing quite not bad. Weekend crowd is horrible. sometimes, parked until road side like BU's 1Utama. that's why many ppl say it's jam in Rawang. But it's all due to inflow traffic to AEON. i can't imagine when Anggun City officially operated. crowd could be enormous with banks and mid-range cafe come in.

good idea but not feasible unless AEON are desperate for crowd. the lunch hour in AEON also not bad. quite a fair bit of crowd.
