razer blackwidow good choice?

we try not to use that kb based on quality consistency

really got big quality ah this kb?

well, maybe there are improvements in the refreshed version, but the older ones are inconsistent quality

i wan to get a mech for this raya...coz i will be at home saja....

there are so many choices beside razer

I just bought the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Dragon Age 2 Edition.
Red backlighting is nice. Loving the sounds.
I notice it is much more precise when you type and your fingers won't slip off the keys when you're typing in a rage/crazy/fast mode.
Still trying to get used to the placement of the keys.

Ducky and Cooler Master are good choices.
Not sure about Gigabyte Osmium.

If you want something that can last, top up somemore and get a Filco.

juz like brother storm says, wait for the nighthawk x9 worth to get coz if u prefer gaming type so much juz avoid razer

hmm, is it CM quickfire the cheapest among mkb tenkeyless? they also got 4 type switches, standard layout? if so, i might get one to use my remaining green keycaps, Night Vision Mod the keyboard

Their layout should be same as Filco... The red switch Rapid has black colour case

UK's keyboard is taxed IIRC, which make them pricier.

Filco Linear R is a limited edition board(their first and only RED switch board back then) which is launched back in 2011. Its stock quickly got cleared out(in foreign countries) and the price start to jack up, and it should be pretty hard/impossible to find new stock by now.

However, Filco recently(around March/April 2012 IIRC) launched their new Red switch board, which fall under normal Majestouch 2 model. Not sure whether local distributors start carry them already or not though.

May be you can check armygroup/inpad whether they still carry them.

Else way, you can buy aftermart case from taobao if you are really that despo, LOL.

Price for new mj2 red is same or higher than Linear R.
I paid for mine at a price lower than the current Taobao price. I aint even mad.

Those that paid higher than market price are losing out, however.

Western(USA) side do make some aluminium case(especially for Filco/poker) from time to time.

China/Taiwan do make metal case for miniboard(Poker/Pure) and acrylic case for TKL.

For korea, I think they probably the most serious mkb fanatics out there. They really willing to spend lots for kb stuffs and they customise almost every parts of their mkb, even the spring.

BTW, it is normal for some typo/weird when first shifted to mechanical keyboard, somemore with the weird layout(macro keys + shifted Function keys) of Razer BWU.

Regardless, the normal price did not differ much.
For a FILCO fan like me, being able to get a red switch almost 1 year earlier than majestouch 2 for about the same price, what did I loose?

Don't know how much the interasia will charge for the red when they come in, but the money has already been spent.

If you want the build quality, the quick fire rapid is already available for so long now.

Other than putting the word limited in an obviously (un)limited version, What else did they do wrong?

What's the difference between Majestouch Ninja and Majestouch Black?

They look identical

ninja has their text on the south side of the keycaps, it is bottom printed instead of top printed

I think you meant the red alert set. Original set is very limited and have some custom legends.
Ragnarock made set went fr $60 and extra with the red mod set. So expect to pay upwards of $100 for this set because nobody is going to keep the white mods if they sell you the red mod set.
