The ESPN, STAR Sports n ESPN HD chs here are the non BPL feed, the chs n scheduling are different fr those in Malaysia. So the BPL matches are seen only on the mio Stadium chs. wink.gif

I have an old astro decoder connected to 2 tv (1 normal crt and 1 led hd). Thinking of upgrading to HD. However my current crt tv can only be connected via RF. Is there composite to rf connector in the market. Thanks

I am wondering how do Astro get the feeds from FTA channels
seeing the quality on tv9 looks like they just place the UHF antenna on their HQ then encode it into digital satellite stream hmm.gif

which means the common analog shadow still presents shakehead.gif

I know, right? Analogue (digital as astro would've claimed) feed re-transmitted to digital. Fail. laugh.gif

this is intrigue, takkan mediaprima and rtm cannot provide satellite communication to astro?
is this the same way as how Unifi obtain FTA feeds

I think I remember seeing on Lyngsat that Only RTM1, RTM2 and TV3 are transmitted into open C-Band platform. Rest are all terrestrial only. But still, cheaper for them to get RTM and MP via terrestrial vs using satellite, and of course assteruk is known to be cheapskate.

Discovery Kids on UniFi IPTV:

And they just shown an advertisement for Animal Planet O.o

I guess only those with both Assteruk and TM can fully appreciate the ecosystem shakehead.gif

Hi Guys,

1-2 months ago I just upgraded my old Astro to the new Astro B.yond.
Then few days ago, Astro called me to congratulate me (bla, bla, etc whatever).

Main thing is, they told me I can get the new Astro B.yond PVR.
They will give me new decoder, satelite, etc and all I have to pay is a 1-time fee of RM50 during installation.
My monthly charges will remain the same.

May I know what's the catch here?
Or is it too good to be true?
