my lappy now kena 3f0 error hdd not running hdd light not on.....dont know why can it be fixed? but the hdd is running and can be detected on my pc.................. everything working except for hdd..need help

hey acid, by any chance u noe how to install a clean copy of windows 7? i tried yesterday but it cannot detect any hdd devices during the windows 7 installation but i can browse it using the load driver function. i tried to load the driver in, but still nothing happens.

end up i reimage my hdd back to default.

maybe cable problem.. try run a short hdd test.

what media u used for installation? dvd/usb?

now i reimage back to the last image i created and uses the windows upgrade anytime to upgrade to windows7 pro but it doesnt work.

nope. its the left side. even ubuntu can detect it but stupid windows cannot.

left side is 3.0 port mang. use the right side port.

wtf? this stupid error cause me whole day cannot do anything.... now its installing.

btw acid, do u have any source to download win8 drivers? i just fin downloaded the retail version of win8 pro.

i think with coolsense enable the fan will start spinning as early as 50c.

sometimes i'm facing unresponsive keyboard, after restart it come back to normal. has anyone facing the same problem?

the graphic driver. i think realtec has win8 driver ready in their website. not too sure if i should install win8 now since im reformatting my nb.

graphic u can try leshcat 12.8. need to disable driver signature enforcement tho.

jus sometimes right after boot cant use the keyboard...need to use on screen keyboard if lazy to restart duno wad the problem thou

When that happens, plug in external keyboard, will it also not working ?
