on the low fps video, I'm not confident that the smartmovie will work well in WM6 or not. I've tried opening xvid files in WMP but cannot. So, need smartmovie oso...

As for the benefits of WM6, faster, more free ram and storage space, looks nicer.

btw, i read somewhere, alot of appz now needs the Microsoft .Net framework. So, better get them before you need to isntall any new appz.

i checked at xda-developers,got few version of wm6,like fantastic,smart.which one u use?which one mo stable?

me still in WM5. but had done quite a number of reading abt WM6 and haven't heard anyone using smarmovie in WM6 environment. I'll be using the PDAViet's version of ROM as per recommended by uk9xx.

tcpmp?where to get it?its old software rite,if i'm not mistaken its old version of core player.
actually i hopin for... encode video at xvid,768bitrate,29fps... n i hope it can run smooth... i mean the video not lag.
as for my previous o2 mini,usually i encode at 400bitrate,mp4 codec,playd at core player,the video is flawless... almost hdtv quality.
i tried encode mp4 for my 818 but,can only run at 8fps...
