Eh ur "areas" are like my areas la.kekeke. Anyway, I think I know which part of Rawang that you are talking about. It is either Anggun or Emerald, right?

But dont u think the clusters near Kajang, Semenyih have more potentials? Anggun and Emerald I considered just 1 cluster. The southern parts are more integrated to be more keng. I am really waiting for IOI resort mall to open. Once it opens, Jade Hills, Nadayu 92, Country Heights dont need to go very far to have good and nice shopping experience.

Tired of waiting. This is a very long waiting game. Not sure willing to wait further already and I dont think i will buy now. Maybe later phase

How long r u willing to wait bro? If you buy early phase, you have to wait very long to dispose it. Because a lot more phases will be launched. I reckon need to wait minimum 10 years. earlier phase of setia alam didnt appreciate at first. a few years later baru naik banyak.
