Nadayu so easy to go to silk or north south highway. Kajang toll is like 6-7km. Go to svke a bit and go to kajang toll. U can also take bangi toll near ukm. Also near. SEH is also ok coz direct to Lekas. But a bit further to kl as compared to kajang

Go check out Tropicana website. They are expanding like mad now. Suddenly u see everywhere tropicana. Tropicana metropark la, tropicana kajang la, tropicana canal city la.

Teow said the SP Setia management is well aware of the concern expressed by investors over Liew's departure from SP Setia.

"He (Liew) has a management agreement with Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) to manage SP Setia up to 2015 but he has indicated that he may go earlier. It depends on him."

Teow said the main concern now is whether some of SP Setia's staff will also leave with Liew or join other property companies.

"That is the key concern. That is why we have a long-term incentive plan for them, which has been approved by PNB and our shareholders. We hope the plan will hold our people together."

Asked if the group will be looking for more projects in London after the successful launch of the RM40 billion Battersea power station project, Teow said such plans will need to wait as the company wants to focus on Battersea first, of which it has a 40 per cent stake.

Any talk is cheap. The way SPS is handling Setia Walk already showing otherwise. Making me mad. Now saying such statement like this, huwaaa SPS now starting to cakap tak serupa bikin. I just hope they get the f*** off of the 1st position if setia walk is the sort of commitment that they r giving to consumers now.

See on ur own is better bro. Every weekdays u go and see early morning got a few buses. See who are inside. When the day reaches dusk, check out who hangs around. Weekends too. If u ask me, sps has failed to revive the place fast enough hence this problem. But setia city mall pulak totally the opposite.

Developer plays a major role here. when buying the property, developer must give one document stating need to have "guarded" requirement. after the taman already got ccc, then developer + buyers (in a form of committee) need to go to council to go for fence and guarded.
