I salah taip. Now changing: if i use company loan, confirm my company takkan release drawdown due to know dibs policy.. So i have to kautim sp setia to gimme discount. For a company like sp setia to give discount, they will ask me to fly kite. So i rugi la. Better no dibs, so i will be at par with the others.

Yeah developer paying it to financier but financier which in this case is my company wont release drawdown due to no dibs policy. How?. I think i did some typo previously. My company wont pay dibs but wont release drawdown due to no dibs policy

You have a very good point there. I am with u on that too. Thats why i am having a 50-50 feeling. Then when i think how sp setia handled setia walk, even my 50-50 goyang. But at the same time, i am finding it hard to find a good, well priced, landed prop now. Getting very limited. Not easy.

Something tells me that it is worthwhile to hold ur landed props longer than ur original target. Especially if it is gng, freehold.

G&G = gated and guarded

F&G = fenced and guarded

No individual title is a real gng based on guideline..only strata can do gng. What is within ur gng belongs to residents. Even the jalan. U maintain everything. While for fng, usually it is individual title. Jalan doesnt belong to residents. So technically no right for u to block roads. However, u can apply to do fng. But u have no right to stop anyone to come in.

Boss sure that is the spec? If true i wanna sue some developers
