Whats the price eh? Someone told me revised to rm420k onwards due to a lot of interest. Starting to sound bloated price. Last time first indication was rm360k onwards only. sad.gif

What u put as ur no.1 = developer is true actually. Not location as no.1. If not SPS, setia alam wouldnt probably be what it is today. Same with IJM Seremban 2

Aiya die la like this. Many taikors eyeing for SEH. Need to have strong holding power for this. Rental surely not that great initially for semenyih. For flipping, not so sure. Some may say yes if the price is not too high

One question remains:

Can SPS replicate Setia Eco Hills to be as successful as Setia Alam? Very hard to answer this one coz:

1) Setia Alam is surrounded by good townships nearby with lots of people with lots of $$$ while Setia Eco Hills is surrounded by kampungs currently
2) SPS concentrated in building Setia Alam kau2 coz last time that was their biggest investment but now, too many SPS projects including the famous Battersea. If you look at Setia Walk in Puchong, I believe it could have been better promoted by SPS.
3) Setia Alam land is bigger in total compared to Setia Eco Hills

Maybe SEH can prosper but can it prosper like Setia Alam? Very hard to answer this
