Hi Cheryee, isn't that if we got the house, signed the contract with DIBS, then is considered got it. The budget 14 will only affect those haven't signed the legal document? Pls advise, thanks.

The problem is you will not be executing the SPA anytime before the budget 14 and I foresee that it will only take place in December! rclxub.gif

sleep at 11pm, healthy life...

I normally sleep around 9.30pm and wake up at 5.00am...

Yes, that's why I said it's a conditional DIBS and don't be overly excited too early lo!

I am a resident from Kajang and have been actively following the SEH development as I am intending to purchase a house for my own living.

I have contacted numerous SEH SA and to date no details on either the launch date or sale method - likely to be balloting tho.

Any idea on the pricing of Merrum / Lecus?

Lolz...price increased as per expected.

FROM 400k -- now become from RM408k
FROM 440k -- now become from RM455k

Every month increased (the more extend date for balloting) RM10k for such low quality material house?
