To be frank, this area is very far from KL and deep in,
from my observation, the surrounding Taman & shop quite dead...In these Taman, some Corner houses even are empty/ un-tenant, the grasses are taller than 5 years old kids.
Then the shoplot (abt 1km) before turn out to main road (2 lanes) is quite dead and saw many Shoplots (60%) are putting up for SALES (SALES Sticker).
Accessibility doesn't great (actually before i going there, i already expected Far, ulu, bad access, so with this kind of mentality, you wont be quite disappointing but AS PER EXPECTED).

In Overall, if this project not developed by SP Setia but a ABC developer, trust me, you won't even bother to talk and look at this project at all wink.gif

If the project delay again, and
If the Budget annoucement, > 3rd property onward maximum borrowing are capped at LTV60%.

Will this be a barrier for you to buying this?
