I thought a few posts ago, the pak guard said launch terrace on 16/8/2013? Told ya it is bullshit. Today 17/8/2013, right?

hahah....aside from nottingham university....nothing much going on around there...not much high-good paying job opportunity around thr as well..surrounding quite bored oso......my father in law also plans to sell off the bungalow unit in taman tasik semenyih and find any house ard shah alam or even cyberjaya....

You have a very good point there. I am with u on that too. Thats why i am having a 50-50 feeling. Then when i think how sp setia handled setia walk, even my 50-50 goyang. But at the same time, i am finding it hard to find a good, well priced, landed prop now. Getting very limited. Not easy.

AMINT boss, you are considering the terrace or the semi-d? For the Ecohill terrace it seems that it is only F&G. Only the semi-Ds & bungalow side is G&G, somemore all the greens are on this side of the siteplan. Hence the terrace have not much USP. Now i also goyang

Something tells me that it is worthwhile to hold ur landed props longer than ur original target. Especially if it is gng, freehold.

In fact, "land" will carry low risk.
Good thing is, still can find gng bungalow land < RM25/sf at the moment, at reasonable location.

I was very interested in terrace home but disappointed that it is only guarded and no Chinese school confirmed yet.

According to the SA, there's a plan to move a chinese school from nearby town into the EcoHill area. Confirm or not not sure but that's what SPS SA told me.

This place is really far from KL and highway access also limited to a few and they are also very jam. To get to KL, one has to pass through Cheras-Kajang highway? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

There are 3 main routes to kl:-

a) Lekas - SILK - Cheras/Kajang - KL.

b) Lekas - SILK - Besraya - KL.

c) Lekas - SILK - PLUS - KL.

SPS is constructing a direct access from Ecohill to Lekas.
