MY FIL bungalow lot in taman tasik semenyih behind nottingham uni 5 rooms fully renovated on sale for 950k....good for student rental or family stay...anyone interested?

my FIL stay there...to get to shah alam frm there take 1 hour bro...38km if jalan straight like nkve no problem...ini full of jalan simpang siur...traffic light...masuk kiri masuk kanan...fuhh....from cyberjaya to shah alam oso 20-25 minutes only speed straight thru nkve highway 30km but difference is straight hiway...
