MY FIL bungalow lot in taman tasik semenyih behind nottingham uni 5 rooms fully renovated on sale for 950k....good for student rental or family stay...anyone interested? smile.gif....able to park up to 3 cars inside the car porch

hahah....aside from nottingham university....nothing much going on around there...not much high-good paying job opportunity around thr as well..surrounding quite bored oso......my father in law also plans to sell off the bungalow unit in taman tasik semenyih and find any house ard shah alam or even cyberjaya....

my FIL stay there...to get to shah alam frm there take 1 hour bro...38km if jalan straight like nkve no problem...ini full of jalan simpang siur...traffic light...masuk kiri masuk kanan...fuhh....from cyberjaya to shah alam oso 20-25 minutes only speed straight thru nkve highway 30km but difference is straight hiway...

memang guna highway pun...tapi nak keluar dari town tu masuk hiway...tak caya ko try la jalan sendiri dari kl, shah alam ko speed naik hiway sampai ke sana...tengok berapa minit ko boleh sampai....average 50 minit ke 1 hour bro...

aha point aku simple je bro...jgn tgk jarak km ke kl saje...ko kene pegi onfield sendiri tengok efisien ke tak....cyber ke shah alam n kl average 30km.....semenyih 38km?.....nampak beza tak banyak tapi ko try speed ikut hiway betul2 on the road bro...komfem cyber lagi cepat sampai...15 minit pun boleh klo x jem ikut nkve speed sampai shah alam...
