Pavreit IPO I thot was 0.88?

I think it is a good buy before they decided to announce the dividend. Their first dividend after IPO have to be quite good. TP : 1.50 before dividend xdate.

Hello all,
Base on the IPO document, for 2012 estimated DPU will be 6.38 cents.
Is that means On year end of 2012, we are getting exactly 6.38 cents per unit?
It's only listed since Sep 2012, or the DPU it should be (6.38 / 12) * 3 months (months for listed date to year end)

Newbie here need some guide.
