Hello all,
Base on the IPO document, for 2012 estimated DPU will be 6.38 cents.
Is that means On year end of 2012, we are getting exactly 6.38 cents per unit?
It's only listed since Sep 2012, or the DPU it should be (6.38 / 12) * 3 months (months for listed date to year end)

Newbie here need some guide.

hi hon,

I recall you asking KLCCP, seeking what to invest. Nice to know you investing IGBreits.
May you share how many you hv accumulated ?
for red red red... counter that are selling mode/taking profit for those short term investor.

Yo Bro Felix,
Yup, no more KLCC Reits hence need to accumulate more for IGBReits now..
50 lot so far, queuing another 50 lot.. Not a big player.. Doing it slowly..

Red red red, anyway it will be good for those overpriced stocks..
Time to search for gold mines and shop~

That's somehow true, but still depend on the Reits if it's aggressive to invest and expand.

Just keep it for long term, like FD.

The 1.83cents is the EPS for 1 quarter and 11days..
If annualized it estimate @ 7.32cents
7.32/135 = 5+%
Still better than FD ..

YES even 10 cent also need to pay 1 sen tax.

The tax should be paid, and the amount we will receive should be the net after tax right?
We wouldn't need to declare it in the income tax for this, am i correct?
