IGB REIT balloting will be on 5 Sep 2012.
If we fail to get it, how soon will the funds be transfered back to our banking account ?

noob question here..what is the difference between buying during ipo and after the listing day...besides the price may slightly different, other than that?
*
1. Price Difference
2. When you buy IGB REIT after listed (19-Sep), you have to pay brokerage fees, stamp duty, clearing fee via your Securities Firm.

Getting at IPO balloting is cheaper.

can elaborate more on how's the balloting system works or the chances to hit the IPO like?

says if i buy 30000shares(300lots?), what are the chances to get the IPO? notworthy.gif
*
The high tranche you apply for the better the chance to get.... apply 1 lot has lousier chance compared to those applying for 100000 lots

understood..is there any chart on the number..?

cos i read that some ppl would apply for 110lots instead of 100lots..?  hmm.gif
*
They apply that way to be able to move to the next level ... I don't think they will release the odds until balloting is completed.
Until then, we can only "tikam"

Can I apply the eIPO few time? Mean few transaction instead of 1 transaction?
*
It's illegal !!! All your application will be REJECTED.
One name per IC per IPO applied

QUOTE
Do's
» Read the IPO prospectus. Be an informed investor.
» Read all the instructions printed on the application form.
» Ensure that the application form and envelopes are completed as required.
» State the number of shares applied for (Remember the digits '00' are already pre-printed).
» Ensure that correct remittances are attached (Distinguish between par value and subscription price of IPO shares).
» Indicate whether Bumiputra or non-Bumiputra applications.
» Enclose a legible copy of your identity card (both sides).
» State your CDS account in full. It is mandatory.
» Sign the application form and countersign all amendments.
» Insert Envelope A in Envelope B. Affix appropriate postage on Envelope A & B. If hand delivery is desired, only Envelope A is required and Envelope B may be discarded.
» Register with your Bank or Internet Participating Financial Institution for Electronic Share Application or Internet Share Application for convenient share application.
» Mail or deliver by hand early.

Don'ts
» Do not use another person's name for your application.
» Do not take more application forms than required. Help eliminate wastage.
» Do not apply more than once. Multiple applications is an offence.
» Do not use another person's CDS account.
» Do not use a nominee's CDS account.
» Do not wait until the last minute to mail, make an Electronic Share Application or Internet Share Application or hand deliver your application. Allow for postal delay, traffic congestion, ATM queues or internet congestions.
