It begins to drop today....pretty much as expected. some people won't want 30% of their cash being locked up for 6 months before getting it back by the cash repayment. 
nice timing you got there to average up.    I started too early, bought some at higher price close to 8.98.
still got a bit more to accumulate before rounding up without odd lots. 

Oh boy! So still we are all uncertain of whether it's 5240 or 5250! 
I don't like odd lots lah! Can somebody who very sure tell me how to avoid it?     

Capital repayment is fixed, won't be depended one's entry price of Kassets.

Kassets will be still listed, until capital repayment process completed.
(but it won't traded at Rm9.00, probably at some discount (won't too much) as compared to the capital repayment amount
So probably you will see Kassets trades at RM2.xx after ex-IGBreit entitlement.

If intend to keep IGBreit, then no reason to sell Kassets, unless
1. Don't want money locked in (as corporate exercise for capital repayment takes times, and only expected to be completed 2013 1Q)
2. Don't want to have more exposure on IGBreit, or in other word more IGBreit, as already have IGBreit, (As Kassets will distribute you IGBreit 5.24 for every 1 Kassets share)

For KASSETS holders..i think u should keep as the following reason
If u bought today 1000 of KASSETS at RM9.45( Assumption)
Your COST will be RM9450

IF on 19/10/2012...the iGB reit can maintain at RM 1.40(Assumption) , u can sell 5.24 at RM 1.40 = RM7336

SO RM9450 -RM 7336 = 2114..Total amount on your investment to KASSETS

so INVEST rm2114 AND GET BACK rm 2430 IN 6 MONTHS TIME...EQUIVALENT TO 14.9% RETURNED....

INVEST OR NOT ..U DECIDE URSELF....I JUS SHARE WHAT I STUDY AND KNOW.....BUT ALL THIS IS BASED ON ASSUMPTION...BUT I SUSPECT IT WILL BE BETTER OFF.....

40% in one stock is too concentrated.. less than 20% per counter is more ideal and hence more diversification...

Remember, the minimum charge is not only apply when you purchase the share, it also apply to every dividend, thus if you hold each share e.g. 1000 shares, the DY is very low for each share.
