It kinda reminds me of last time when the erm Superlux or smth sounds like that ( IEM from Taiwan) first came out. A lot of people are saying it can beat the TF10, Ck100 and bla bla bla. When I go and give them a try, not even CLOSE man doh.gif Not to mention that the built quality is very bad.

Are you sure that it is not just a cable issue  hmm.gif

Try explain what's the issue,if it's only cable issue, aftermarket cable can solve the problem, if not then maybe a reshell to upgrade it instead of getting another

No sound from the left side. Currently i am using Null Audio Cable. Possible to go to Jaben and test their blue cable to see if still working?

why?

and how about beyer compared with sony xba-1? balance armature seems interesting..

XBA-1 will have less bass but more detail, all depend on your taste.

But with a lot of good review and proven records, Beyer is the best and safe choice.

It is not as good as Shure SE535, or even Westone series. The reason why we recommend this product, is mainly due to several reasons.

1)Beyerdynamic special tuned for our market, and be frank the brand prove quality, German and 88 years, they are not some china OEMish product.
2) 3 different type of sound in same price, make the recommendation and selection easier for entry range.
3) Tangle Free cable? yeap they are great
4) No they are not better then any high ends IEM at the moment, however we believe it will sound better/equal with earphone around RM300 - RM450 range.
5) Yea they are cheap =).

Hi all, need some advice from your expertise.

My rig - laptop & iPhone
What type of usage - movies/ gaming/ music, basically as utility headphone
File format used in your source _- mainly mp3
Genre of music you listen to - classical, jazz, Acoustic, pop
Headphone/ earphone type - IEM / circumaural.
Remarks: I'm currently using Klipsch S4i. I saw Bose QC3 on BHphotovideo.com is only USD349, my friend is in US now, so the shipping to her is free and she can bring back to me.. But before I make any decision. Is there any recommended model around this price range. I saw QC3 in Sg is about SGD 699.

Regards,
Arthur

My rig: my Android phone (with Dolby Mobile and SRS enhancement)
What type of usage: mostly music
File format used in your source: mostly mp3, but sometimes flac
Genre of music you listen to: pop, classical
Headphone/earphone type: IEM
Other requirements: Nice clarity, with a bit of bass if possible
Budget: RM400 or less

I normally love listening with a lot of bass, but this time I'm trying to go for an IEM that has a nice mixture of both clarity and bass.

One option I am considering is the UE600. I didn't have much time to research and try out different IEMs,

Any recommendations? Thank you in advance! smile.gif

Any recommendation? I still can't decide whether I should get a headphone or earphones. Lets say my budget is below 2k. What is the best headphone / earphone I can get?

I'm a student, so my budget is limited...
That's why I'm trying to find a nice balance between clarity and bass smile.gif
If I were to focus heavily on clarity, then yes, I would have to increase my budget. However, I'm not interested in that.

Any IEMs that you would like to recommend?
I'm trying to find an IEM that is similar to the UE600...I tried my friend's UE600, and I was surprised at the clarity it delivered.
If there is another IEM that is better than UE600 and is within my budget, I would love that.
Or maybe I'm asking for too much with my budget tongue.gif
