Hi guys, i was wondering is it ok if i send my car to other workshops instead of KIA SC starting from my 10k service?

idemitsu...my boss always buy their oil...he said better then petronas,shell, proton....etc..
he bought with stuff price...cheaper....

Meaning normal maintenance I can go out other workshop? Later I don't gve those authorized stamp in the service booklet... How =S

he will need to top up below for:
1. air gard SF80 (i can't find much info on this one in google) - RM1.1K
2. raytech - RM1.5K

both security film and IR up to >85%

do you guys think it is a fair price to pay for?

Mud guard is it those cover that attach behind the tyre? I was thinking to install those but looks ugly to my white forte wor. What color you install? Can show picture?

i did ask my wife try this b4 for collect her car she go raytech to ask the price for toyota corolla & myvi, 
but the price is about the same as SA show us b4 

maybe he should rephrase it to FOB chain (no more key) for kia instead. while other brands still use keys 
is it confirmed that we can't install mud flaps if we have bodykit installed? on the second day that i got the car, i travelled to surprise my family (they live in another state). last quater of the journey, on a long stretch of road, the traffic came to a standstill, turns out they were tar-ing the road, i was so worried my car would have tar stains on the body    good thing they finished the job and did it well so not a single stain 

Hi V12K, no problem waiting for you, we all know how bad traffic in KL/PJ is nowadays. Thanks for the sale of the last piece to me & for your installation and patient explanation on how it works.

I am really happy with the Firestorm installed in my car on Oct 1:
1. Gear changes are much smoother, feels like CVT.
2. Engine noise is reduced when accelerating.
3. Uphill climbs use less effort.

Did not really monitor FC yet as now busy flying here & there.

For the price, I think it is the best value mod you can put in your car. For those driving 1.6SX, put this in & you will stop regretting you did not buy the 2.0SX. :-)

Not monitored FC yet but I don't think would be fantastic. Price less than RM300. Firestorm helps performance more than for FC unless you drive economically.

For value & for a lower price, I recommend this Firestorm over the Qmax which I also have. I think VS effect is better for older cars.

Wondering which colour ppl choose the most and least for their Forte ??

Yesterday I made a trip from Damansara Utama to Alor Gajah, Melaka & back. Pumped full tank before journey. On the way there, lowest average FC achieved was 5.9l/100km & after coming back with some town driving, the ave FC reading was 6.6l/100km with trip distance of 306.8km + distance to empty 264km = 570.8km. Fuel tank needle showing half tank. 

with the AES start working...i think our FC will be better...hahahaha...

I wonder why nobody bought the diamond silver Forte? I realized most choose to get the solid white, which is pretty. But the diamond silver requires less washing

just finished my fifth full tank.. only done 370km from full tank to dte blink
my driving condition is 100% city drive.. 1.6sx..just done first service last week. around rm0.25 per km..same with my myvi auto. May be i m driving in a small town(sarawak sibu) with full of traffic light. hopefully next tank will have better performance. Previous five tank using petronas ron95.. now going to try shell c how's the performance.

Had been driving it from sibu to kuching last week, it is around 450km..achieved 6.6L/100km.. full tank can hit 580km..drive consistently 90km/h.. quite big different for city drive and so called highway drive(lol sarawak "highway" suxk)

i had been taking my forte for around one month. Still very happy with it..really nice driving experience and good soundproof..and i enjoy the sound system too. No any problem til now except high fuel consumption during city drive. But if let me choose again, i will definitely choose forte instead of elantra(after test drive both car, i go for forte)

Hey what's this average all about? Average speed so far? Cannot be right? Mine is 32 km/h higher better or lower better?

open bonnet check water, shake here shake there.
Done.
Complain audio reception not very nice, say is like that.

My 2 month old bright silver baby got scratched recently by kids on bicycle. There is a 6 inch line on the right hand side at the back of the car. Luckily it is not noticeable from far. But nearby you can see a line. Tried to polish the thing, cannot remove it. use finger to feel it, can feel something but not too deep.

Wondering if sending this to Waxson, PPS or Siera Glow, can hide the scratch or not. Any advice?

i was using Caltex from the beginning until 3000km +
then i switch to Shell, FC is most likely the same with 100% city drive, in penang island. normally just around 360km per full tank. but highway drive easily break 500km per full tank.
Mine is average 22-25 km/h, FC 10.5-11.5 L/100km
higher is better, i noticed that Forte 1.6sx will perform better for FC if the speed constantly hit above 60km/h.
if keep below 60km/h it will just stay at 10-11L/100km
with the example given, 10L/100km with speed 65km/h is better for sure
