After I drank one scoop of ON:Serious Mass, I feel extremely full. It's hard for me to eat afterwards, feels like vomiting anytime. As I'm in bulking period, I need to eat a lot! How do u guys deal with satiety?

Spread out the servings through out the day, like take half the scoop in between meals?

Actually for ON:Serious Mass, it's 2 heaping scoop per serving. I'm already taking half of it.

AFAIK, ON Serious Mass per serving gave you 1200kcal. How much calorie a day that you need?

Hey, alien9 posted a vid about jay cutler and he talks about nutrition part.
I try put some summary, during his days when he cant force feed himself, he take protein shake and then a solid food after 3 hours and then another shake 3 hours later.
This means, 6am shake, 9am solid food, 12pm shake, 3pm solid food.
Hopes this method helps you.

If you don't know whether your daily diet have at least 500kcal of calorie surplus, how could you gain weight? Am I right?

@veeeye
i would recommend cutting out the sausages and instant noodles and replacing them with something more natural. i know you're trying to bulk but in the long run, it won't help you if you start shoving junk carbs/food into your system. i'd suggest some natural peanut butter and olive oil shots thrown in for good measure.

as to your original question, like what others have stated, spread your meals and that feeling that you're gonna puke is what you get when you try to down too much liquid at once. space them out.

Eat complex carbs like brown rice or oatmeal. Smaller portion rather than 3 big meals per day.
