QUOTE(veeeye @ Aug 6 2012, 01:19 PM) After I drank one scoop of ON:Serious Mass, I feel extremely full. It's hard for me to eat afterwards, feels like vomiting anytime. As I'm in bulking period, I need to eat a lot! How do u guys deal with satiety? AFAIK, ON Serious Mass per serving gave you 1200kcal. How much calorie a day that you need?

QUOTE(veeeye @ Aug 6 2012, 03:02 PM) I've no idea how to calculate the calories for food which I consume. If you don't know whether your daily diet have at least 500kcal of calorie surplus, how could you gain weight? Am I right?
