Why you talk so funny? It's not whether I like or I don't like. This is share market lah and not my market. I like lots of things. I have been saying few times already that I like Dlady to trade more than Nestle. That's what I like but you think market care about what I like ah?  laugh.gif

It's strange. My past comments with you has been consistent. You can refer back to  http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2431075/+680#
Refer post 691 and 698. Let me put gark on the table.  icon_rolleyes.gif
Post 703.  http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2431075/+700#
Companies are offered a GO because the owners see the shares undervalue and because they are undervalue, owners make a cheap offer.

I ask again, no money to make, why make a GO? Make GO exercise no cost? Too much time, eat full nothing better to do?

Maxis taken private last time, AK no make money ah?  laugh.gif

That was a debate meh? laugh.gif
I only repeated what I posted few weeks ago.
Never mind, if don't like, just treat me as a wind talker. laugh.gif
There are a lot of things I don't like.
I don't like REITS.
REITS don't like me either. laugh.gif
REITS stocks still go higher all the time. laugh.gif
Conclusion? Who cares what I don't like? biggrin.gif

For your own benefit.
Bring out calculator.
Count.
Using simple cash balance as valuation target:
A GO at 6.80, how much KFima makes?
A GO at 8.00, how much Kfima makes?
A GO at 9.00, how much Kfima makes?

If no make money, KFima make GO for what?

icon_rolleyes.gif

** Curi gark's work to help you **

QUOTE
Net cash of Kfima = 270 million
Net cash of Fimacor = 216 million

Market cap of Fimacor (at RM 6.50) = RM 536 million
Shares own by Basir Family through Kfima = 60.82%

So all they have to do is GO for the remaining 40% and pay  214.4 million in cash and get back 216 million net cash (owned by Fimacor). Good deal or not?

Fimacor has 82,426,810 shares. You can use that to count Fimacor's market cap at different prices.

Hartalega will release its results for the first quarter of the financial year ending March 31, 2013(1QFY13) today. We believe core net profit will be slightly better than the RM49 million recorded in 4QFY12.

Oops! From the IGBReit's prospectus, the forecast FY13 DPU is 6.71 sen instead of moppy master's calculated 7.7 sen. So the yield is much lower than I thought. At 1.25, yield is only 5.37%.
I just removed all my buy queues since I were using 7.7 sen DPU on IGBReit to come out buying price for Kassets. sweat.gif

he was using a 1994-2012 graph. i was wondering a company's performance won't change after 18 years?! does it make any sense to draw such line? just wondering. biggrin.gif
