I talked with Ultraman on this issue few weeks back. Kfima movement had been far too strong and I am guessing that perhaps Kfima would telan Fimacorp up and with Fimacorp stock showing restraints movements up, I do not reckon that Fimacorp will get a good GO offer deal. At most, I think only.. 6.80.

As far as i know the cash all belong to Kfima, as the holding is through Fima Metal Box and not direct, which is accounted under investment in subsidiaries (book value). Any accountant care to clarify?

6.80 was my guess price last time. Today its is still 6.80.
Companies only offered a Go because the offerer wants to make money from undervalue prices.

Companies are offered a GO because the owners see the shares undervalue and because they are undervalue, owners make a cheap offer.

I ask again, no money to make, why make a GO? Make GO exercise no cost? Too much time, eat full nothing better to do?
